ETHICAL AND RESPONSIBLE BUSINESS CONDUCT
POSH and our subsidiaries continue to develop, promote, and maintain the highest standards of corporate governance to safeguard the interests of our stakeholders. We are committed to promoting a culture that values trust, cooperation, and mutual respect. Our corporate governance standards are based on our corporate values and ethical guidelines. Besides established whistleblowing and anti-corruption policies, we also have a Sanctions Compliance policy which states our commitment to conduct business with integrity, fairness, impartiality, and in an ethical and proper manner.
Our half-yearly sanction monitoring also extends to existing employees with the help of our Human Resource department.
We believe in collaborating with suppliers who are transparent, ethical, and environmentally and socially responsible. Each quarter, we conduct sanction monitoring and evaluate our suppliers based on their Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) performance. Critical suppliers are re-evaluated annually to ensure that they comply with relevant laws and regulations.
POSH operates under a very rigorous and comprehensive HSEQ Integrated Management System (IMS) that is fully compliant with the ISM Code. We remain compliant with certifications for HSEQA management systems such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and OHSAS 18001. By considering risk-based thinking in planning, reviewing, and improving our Quality Management System (QMS) and its processes, we constantly drive ourselves to achieve excellence while being mindful of responsibilities to our Principals, shareholders, employees, and the community.
