OUR LEADERSHIP TEAM

Mr. Low Soon Teck
Chief Executive Officer
Mr Low Soon Teck is currently the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Kuok Maritime Group, and Chief Executive Officer of PACC Offshore Services Holdings Ltd.

Prior to this, he served as Group Chief Financial Officer of IHH Healthcare Berhad, a Malaysian and Singapore listed company that owned and operated over 80 hospitals globally. He was also a Board Director of Fortis Healthcare Limited and ParkwayLife REIT, which are listed in India and Singapore respectively.

Soon Teck graduated with a law degree from the National University of Singapore and practised as a solicitor in a boutique Singapore law firm specialising in corporate and banking laws. He subsequently joined the Kuok/Kerry Group, where he held various senior positions in Hong Kong and Singapore across a diverse range of businesses, including commodities, real estate and hospitality, media publishing, investments, and retail.

He holds an Executive MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and is a member of the Law Society of England and Wales. Soon Teck also sits on the Board of SkillsFuture Singapore and Workforce Singapore.
Mr. Eric Ng
Divisional Director, 
Offshore Towage & 
Projects Logistics
Mr. Eric Ng oversees POSH’s Offshore Towage & Projects Logistics business. He brings more than 35 years of deep expertise in the transportation and installation domain, having helmed managerial and leadership positions across project management, operations, sales and business development. Eric has been instrumental in the development and growth of POSH’s Offshore Towage & Projects Logistics business since its inception.
Mr. Kurush Contractor
Divisional Director, Subsea
Mr. Kurush Contractor is the Divisional Director of POSH Subsea-the company’s specialist subsea division-and has been instrumental in the establishment and expansion of the business within POSH. Having been in the offshore industry for more than 35 years, Kurush brings with him deep operational experience. Prior to taking up managerial positions ashore, he worked in offshore oil fields across the globe as a commercial deep-sea diver and supervisor.
Moses Ng
Deputy Chief Executive Officer
Mr Moses Ng is currently the Managing Director, Corporate Office of Kuok Group Singapore, Deputy Chief Executive Officer of PACC Offshore Services Holdings Ltd (POSH) and Director of Kuok Maritime Group.

In his Group role, he oversees the Group Risk, Compliance and Credit team, and is a member of the Governance Risk Committee.

At POSH, he provides leadership over key operational functions, with oversight on fleet wide Marine Operations, Technical Operations, and HSSEQA, and business accountability for chartering business segments.

Prior to this, Moses joined the Group as the Chief Executive Officer of Agrifert Holding, a member of the Kuok Group Singapore. He led the agri-fertilizer manufacturing, distribution, and trading business, and operations spanning across Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam, and Myanmar. He led the strategic review of the business and eventual divestment.

Before joining Kuok Group, Moses spent over two decades with Shell, holding senior leadership roles across Singapore, China and the Netherlands. His experience spanned across chemicals businesses, joint venture management, strategy development, supply operation, sales and marketing and M&A.

Moses holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering (Honours) from the National University of Singapore and completed the Shell Global Business Leadership Program at INSEAD.
